Some details such as your email address and phone number can be updated through Account Settings after completing a security verification process. However, your full name and date of birth generally cannot be changed on your own as these are verified identity details. Go to the Log In and click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the email address or Malaysian mobile number you registered with.
