UEA8 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for All Malaysia Members

The UEA8 platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. UEA8 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons to the applicant.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the UEA8 platform in any capacity.
• You must be an individual residing in, or accessing the UEA8 platform from, Malaysia or a permitted jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own true and legal name. Registration using a false name, another person's name, or inaccurate information is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active UEA8 account. Holding more than one account under the same individual is a serious violation and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation.
• You must not appear on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using online betting services under any applicable regulation or law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, active mobile number, and valid email address. UEA8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your IC) at any time.

Once your registration is complete, a UEA8 account will be created in your name. This account is exclusively yours and may not be transferred, sold, shared, or given to any other party under any circumstances.

• Password: You are solely responsible for keeping your UEA8 account password confidential. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone, including your own family members.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): UEA8 offers two-factor authentication for an added layer of security. You are advised to enable this feature from your account settings.
• Suspicious Login: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact UEA8 customer support immediately. UEA8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where negligence on your part is the primary cause.
• Latest Information: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times, particularly the phone number and email address used for communication and verification purposes.
• Inactive Account: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of RM 10 per month may be applied to inactive accounts after notice is sent to the registered email address.

As a UEA8 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures, including account closure:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical methods to play, place bets, or interact with the UEA8 platform in an unfair manner.
• Manipulating, exploiting, or attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability, system error, or game inconsistency for illegitimate gain.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to collusion in poker games or coordinated syndicate betting.
• Using the UEA8 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity. UEA8 fully complies with anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information to UEA8 or our customer support team at any time.
• Threatening, insulting, or behaving in a disrespectful manner towards UEA8 customer support staff.

You also confirm that you are playing with legitimate personal funds and not money borrowed from any third party for betting purposes. UEA8 encourages all members to play within their own financial means.

UEA8 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, payment service providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond UEA8's control. All deposits credited to a UEA8 account are final and non-reversible, except in circumstances recognised by UEA8.

UEA8 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 30 per application
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: RM 100,000 (subject to the member's VIP tier)
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 6 hours on business days. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Methods: Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for your last deposit, unless a technical issue prevents this.

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks. UEA8 reserves the right to request additional documents, including a copy of your ID and bank statement, before approving a withdrawal — particularly for amounts exceeding RM 10,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.

UEA8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms displayed on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all UEA8 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses may only be claimed by members who have verified their account and meet the minimum eligibility requirements set for each promotion.
• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses must be rolled over the specified number of times before withdrawals are permitted. Rollover is calculated on the total of deposit plus bonus (e.g., deposit RM 100 + bonus RM 100 = RM 200, rollover 10x = total wagering requirement of RM 2,000).
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover at the end of that period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Generally, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. A new bonus claim may not be permitted if the rollover on a previous bonus has not yet been completed.
• Bonus Abuse: UEA8 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

Betting on the UEA8 platform covers a wide range of categories, including Sports Betting (football, badminton, cricket, and other sports), e-sports, virtual sports, slots, Live Casino, and baccarat. • Finality of Results: All results of competitions, matches, or games used to determine wins and losses are based on official sources recognised by UEA8. Announced results are final.

All bets placed on the UEA8 platform are made using the available balance in your account at the time the bet is placed. No credit or deferred payments are permitted under any circumstances.

The UEA8 platform provides the following tools, which members can activate from their account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much money enters your account. Limits can be lowered immediately, but increases are subject to a 48-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum net loss amount you are comfortable with over a given period. Once the limit is reached, no new bets can be placed until the period resets.

• Providing false or misleading registration information

• Upon request by the relevant legal authorities

If your account has been suspended on suspicion, you may contact UEA8 customer support for clarification and follow the prescribed appeals procedure. Any legitimate funds in the account will be returned once the investigation concludes, provided no violation is proven, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all pending bonus rollovers will be forfeited and the actual deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned once standard verification is complete.

The UEA8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. UEA8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or availability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Service Disruptions: UEA8 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or power outages.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error affecting game results or odds display, UEA8 will investigate and take appropriate action. Winnings resulting from an obvious technical error may be voided by UEA8.

2. UEA8's Decision: UEA8's decisions on all matters relating to the platform, game rules, bonus claims, and disputes are final and binding unless there is compelling evidence of a clear error.
3. Claim Period: Any claim or complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
